Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at: [email protected]

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Opened or used vinyl records or CDs
• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
